It's More Than a Language

As part of the DandAD new blood competitions, the brief I chose was the DropBox Paper. The brief required you to create a social movement or social change within something you believe in, and use Graphic Design to inspire people to believe in your views. In response, I decided to look at the falling numbers of Gaelic speakers in Scotland and inspire more generations to take note of the history of the language. Looking at the historical issues that Gaelic faced under British rule led me to the idea of making a newspaper to show the resurgence in the language.
